This panel focuses on the conductor's roles in large process groups, collisions of culture, language and understanding, differences in a Bionian and Foulkesian approach t and and American perspective that incorporates group relations, group analytic and group-as-a-whole theories. The panel will begin with a general introduction  about the structure, goals, dynamics of large groups, followed by ethical considerations and dialogue with the audience.
