All group systems enter a phase in which they retaliate against the leader

as if he or she is the cause of all the pain and frustration in group life.  This

paranoid reaction is the single most destructive dynamic in small groups,

large groups, organizations and nations. This "crisis of hatred" will be

demonstrated by a small group, and discussed from the perspective of

Modern Analytic, Systems-Centered, and the “Experiential Cognitive

(psychodrama)” approach.
