How should group therapists collaborate with organizations that have been traumatized? A consultation model that involves high-level planning and group-based interventions for staff at all levels will be presented. Building on their post-9/11 experience senior clinicians will present a protocol for responding to organizations immediately after a catastrophe. Representatives from the worlds of business, schools, hospitals and agencies will be invited to share their experience working with consultants. Audience members will have the opportunity to critique the protocol. AGPA Members who worked under the Times grant and invited guests in the audience will also respond.
