Aggression is present in all
levels of a system. Agencies that run, train, and function as
groups, have the rarely taken opportunity to examine how each
level handles the inevitable aggression toward one another.
Participants will utilize a Parallel Process Model to examine
aggression, projection, and boundaries within their own
multi-level system.
