This poster will explore the exciting and rapidly growing world of weight loss surgery. Although in the past the mind of these patients, despite staggering physical, social and psychological changes, has been largely overlooked, this is rapidly changing. A treatment of choice is the group both preoperatively and postoperatively. We will look at the WHAT and HOW of bariatric surgery and explore multiple uses of group treatment.
