Bowen's Method of Family Therapy stresses the importance of distinguishing thoughts from feelings. It employs didactic clarification and coaching. Psychodrama utilizes the emotional experience of self in action to engender role-flexibility through spontaneity. Bowen's concepts and psychodramatic techniques will be introduced to explore problems known personally or professionally to participants.
