Open to participants with less than four years of group psychotherapy experience

 

Life coaching involves improving on strengths and health to find better balance and satisfaction in high functioning people. Barriers to fulfillment are identified. Coaching focuses on wants, values, purpose and action. The workshop offers a sampling of coaching methods useful in groups.
