Anxiety is almost always pressent in group psychotherapy sessions and opinions vary as to how to manage and contain it. Some anxiety is based in reality and some is based on fantasies of danger. This workshop will demonstrate a model for working with anxiety.  There will be two experiential sessions, a theory session and opportunity for consultation.
