Open to participants with more than ten years of group psychotherapy experience

 

In a variety of settings, experienced training group leaders are often puzzled by which anti-group factors allow some groups to flourish and others to flounder.  In this workshop, with an emphasis on potentially destructive forces, we will explore variables that may help and hinder efforts to make these groups the important training and developmental experiences they can be.
