Leadership Assumptions in Promoting
Effective Work Teams

This workshop allows participants to explore the assumptions
underlying leadership and achievement as it is related to motivating
individuals and teams. Through the use of a discover-through-inquiry
process, participants reflect on what is important in effectively
managing and motivating people in organizational settings.
Attention will also be given to clarifying constructive strategies for
supporting and encouraging teams and work group’s success.
