Research-supported methods for successful goalsetting and goalgetting will be presented.  A Systems-Centered(tm) group therapy technique ("functional subgrouping") which promotes exploration and self-discovery will be used to enable the participants to identify personal

impediments to success and more effective pathways to success as a group

therapist and elsewhere in their lives.
