Transitions inspire ambivalence, especially in people contemplating their mature years. Have we utilized our interests, worked in our most creative style, met our motivational needs? Based on memories of "flow" experiences, this workshop will encourage access to conscious and unconscious information to determine how we choose our next chapter.
