Modern Group Process: An Antidote to Aggression and Attrition in Schools (Kindergarten - University)

Chair:

Toby Chuah Feinson, M.S.W., Ph.D., CGP, Director, GroupWORKS for Education, Fair Lawn, New Jersey

The massive dropout of new educators from teaching and the high dropout rate of their students point to a need to emotionally educate teachers to be classroom group leaders. Applications of modern group process to aggressive and challenging classroom interactions and a model for Resilient Educators Support and Training (REST) Groups will be experienced.
