Workshop 37a

The Exploration of the Dynamics of Attachment in Adult Life

Chair:

Una McCluskey, Ph.D., Senior Research Fellow, University of York, York, England

Participants will have the opportunity to explore some of the systems involved in the dynamics of attachment: e.g. care-seeking, care-giving, interest sharing, sexuality, self defense. There will be training in identifying and working with dysfunctional attachment dynamics as well as didactic input on attachment theory and practice post Bowlby.
