The
Interplay of Passion and Power in the Individual, the Family Group
and the Wider Culture
Chairs:
Christopher
Farmer, M.D., Consultant Psychiatrist, Princess Elizabeth
Hospital, Guernsey, England
Marcia Geller, Ph.D., CGP, Private Practice, Stamford, Connecticut
Participants are
invited to explore their passion: its sources and its direction. Is
the expression of our power and passion faithful to our own selves,
a mark of loyalty to our family culture, or a surrender to the
fervor of the mob? The Psychodrama Method is introduced to address
these issues, using the Family Systems Approach of Murray Bowen.
