Coming to our Senses: Somatic Psychology and Group Therapy

Chair:

Suzanne Cohen, Ed.D., CGP, FAGPA, Private Practice, Wellesley, Massachusetts

Sensory experience and the body's intelligence bring the group fully into the here and now, leading to a deeper understanding and meaning of self and self in relationships. Through movement to music, demonstration of leader techniques, and sensory based consultation, we will study the power of sensory awareness as it leads to development, interpersonal connection, and group cohesiveness.
