Genograms in Family-of-Origin Group Training

An dynamic experiential exploration of family history, context,
relationships, circumstances and events that allow us to discover
the meaning of being, of knowing who we are. An examination of the
fourth dimension of being human - time: past, present, future. A
therapeutic, teaching and supervision tool for seasoned
systemic, humanistic practitioners and trainees. The
presentation will include a practical demonstration, time
permitting.
Learning
Objectives:
The attendee will be able to:
1.
Apply a systems understanding to family-of-origin exploration.
2.
Construct a family map (genogram).
3.
Differentiate the participant's role(s) and relationships in the
family.
