This workshop
will consist of both didactic and experiential elements. A
mindfulness-based demonstration group will be presented. Workshop
participants will learn the benefits of mindfulness-based group
therapy for both clients and therapists and will experience how
mindfulness can facilitate participation in the process-oriented
group.
